Tess Pilkington is a Policy Communications Associate for ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-CPR. In this role, she supports the Centre¡¯s digital presence, event planning, and dissemination of research publications. 

Prior to joining ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-CPR, Tess received her Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in History and Political Science (Honours), with a focus on the history of voting rights in the United States. Her research paper focused on the Unincorporated Territories of the United States.

She has interned for the International Commission of Inquiry on Systemic Racist Police Violence Against People of African Descent in the United States as an investigative researcher and contributing author and was a research associate with Orbit Media where she researched archival criminal justice material. She was previously a Communications Assistant (Intern) at ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-CPR.
