Cristal Downing and co-authors Sofia Rivas and ?ngela Olaya were published by the on the ongoing barriers to gender equality in Colombia five years on from the signing of the Peace Agreement. Based on research from the Managing Exit from Armed Conflict initiative, they argue that the existing tools set out in the peace agreement must be fully implemented if there is to be sustainable and lasting peace in the country.
