The Dresden Nexus Conference (DNC) will take place in Dresden from 8-10 April 2025, under the theme: "The Future of Resources ¨C Resources of the Future." Since its establishment in 2015, the DNC has served as a platform to foster dialogue on nexus thinking, promoting research and capacity building for the sustainable and integrated management of environmental resources.
This milestone 2025 edition marks the conference¡¯s 10th anniversary and coincides with the 50th anniversary of the ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ. The conference will explore the intersections of science, policy, implementation, and real-world applications of nexus thinking.
Experts from academia, development practitioners, decision-makers, and representatives from diverse sectors, including UN agencies, governments, the private sector, and civil society, will gather to share insights.
