²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-FLORES has secured a four-year funding commitment from both the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the Saxon State Ministry of Science, Culture, and Tourism (SMWK). The agreement, signed by BMBF, SMWK, and TU Dresden, guarantees continued support for ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-FLORES's work in the sustainable management of environmental resources.
Dr. Jens Brandenburg, Parliamentary State Secretary at BMBF, expressed his optimism for the future of ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-FLORES: ¡°The Federal Ministry of Education and Research is funding three ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ Institutes in Germany, including ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-FLORES in Dresden, in partnership with the Free State of Saxony. Through this, we support science-based policy advice for the UN¡ªan example of multilateralism in action and a testament to the strength of our scientific hub.¡±
