Kozue Tatsuhara is a Programme Assistant for the Innovation and Education Programme.

A graduate of Waseda University, she holds an MA and BA in International Relations with a specialization in International Environmental Policy. Prior to joining ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-IAS, she worked for the Secretariat Office of a Japanese automobile manufacturer. She also worked at Waseda University as a research assistant for a project on Japan¡¯s nuclear safety regulations after the 2011 T¨­hoku earthquake. Her experience of the Sumatra Earthquake Tsunami in 2007 inspired her to start learning about sustainable development when she was a high school student.

Kozue has a special interest in early childhood education related to sustainable development. She hopes to dedicate her career to creating a sustainable future for people and the planet.
