The United Nations High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) 2021 will take place from 6¨C15 July, under the auspices of the Economic and Social Council. The HLPF annual meeting is the core United Nations platform for follow-up and review of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The theme for this year¡¯s forum is "Sustainable and resilient recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic that promotes the economic, social and environmental dimensions of sustainable development: building an inclusive and effective path for the achievement of the 2030 Agenda in the context of the decade of action and delivery for sustainable development".
With a comprehensive scope of work spanning the full breadth of the SDGs, ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ is uniquely placed as an interdisciplinary voice in discussions surrounding the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. At HLPF 2021, the ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ Centre for Policy Research (²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-CPR), the ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ Institute for Natural Resources in Africa (²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-INRA), the ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ Institute for the Advanced Study of Sustainability (²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-IAS), and the ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ Institute for Environment and Human Security (²ÝÁñÊÓƵ-EHS) will showcase some of ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ¡¯s latest research and co-organise a variety of side events with partners.
